Hillebrand Gori eShipping was born in 2011, on the initiative of Marjolaine and Erwan Leteurtre. The Hillebrand Gori eShipping team juggles in French, English, Spanish, Catalan, Italian, Russian, Portuguese, Czech, Chinese and Japanese.

Marjolaine LETEURTRE
Co-founderShe first studied English and Japanese at the University before stepping foot in the wine and spirits business at Domaine Dupont, Cider & Calvados producer in Normandy
Then, she graduated from a Master’s Degree in International Trade which lead her to seafreight when she began her career working for steamship companies in Le Havre.
There, she met Erwan who encouraged her to start VignoblExport after specializing in Wine and Spirit International Trade, graduating from MS CIVS at Burgundy School of Business in Dijon.

Erwan LETEURTRE
Co-founderUndergraduate degree in Transportation & Logistics.
Master’s Degree in International Transport & Logistics.
Before creating VignoblExport, he spent ten years dealing with drivers’ schedules and container loading plans for intermodal transport, dedicated transport and shipping companies, mainly in Le Havre.

Hui-Na ZHENG
Head of Customer ServiceHui-na has met Marjolaine during their Master’s Degree in International Trade in Orleans. She then obtained a Master’s degree in International Management in Nantes, and moved to Beijing and Shanghai to study Chinese.
After several years of experience as key account manager in CMA CGM and Partnaire,
Hui-na joined in August 2015 a team that she had known since college and put her skills in customer relationships for VignoblExport

Katerina SEROVA
Head of Operations and PricingOriginally from Kazakhstan, she studied linguistics in the Czech Republic and international trade in France. Her first experience in the world of wine and spirits was when she worked for an importer in Prague. She also has experience in retail, having worked for Hermès and Parfums Christian DIOR
Master’s degree in Languages and International Affairs and Trade.
She joined VignoblExport in March 2018.

Cindy GASSMANN
Training and knowledge coordinatorCindy graduated a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Languages, Business, International Business from the University of Orleans.
She got a foothold in the logistics industry at Amazon and Kuehne + Nagel Road where she dealt with the management of flows, tracking shipments and deliveries and dispute resolution.
She joined the team in November 2019.
She is now in charge of training and knowledge coordination for all VignoblExport offices worldwide.

Zack FOURNIER
Web DeveloperPassionate about coding since he was 14, Zack first learned on his own and then validated his knowledge by taking an accelerated training course at the O’Clock school.
Zack is working with Marjolaine to improve our extranet and to develop new features.
He joined the team in september 2020.

Laura NOGUEIRA SANTANA
Customer Success Manager (France / Portugal)After completing a Master’s degree in Languages and International Business at the University of Orléans, Laura started her career in CHRYSO, the French leader for admixtures for construction materials where she was in charge of the export orders and the coordination of their shipments.
She joined VignoblExport in July 2021.

Justine ELBAZ
Customer Success Manager (France)Justine obtained a degree in International Trade and then in International Food Trade at the University of Le Mans.
She discovered logistics and international shipments in cosmetics at Orlane , then continued her apprenticeship at International Cookware (Pyrex Europe) .
She manages supplier disputes at Axereal and France/Export shipments at Filtratech before joining our team in September 2021 .

Web DeveloperAfter an education as ainfographiste 2D/3D, Nicolas switched to web development.
He studied at O’Clock with Zack and Marjolaine.Specialist of CMS, he will join our team in August 2021 to take care of our e-commerce plugins but also of this website.

Customer Success Manager (France)Bahia had several lives before joining our team in May 2022.
She began with training as a nurse’s aide and then in art history.
She held various positions as an administrative and management assistant before going through the transport at Deret. She was in charge of organizing and monitoring transport operations. -
Etienne CHANDELLE
Lead web developerEtienne has been a developer since 2014. He started his career at Publish-it agency where he contributed to most of the code of the VignoblExport extranet.
He joins our team in January 2023 alongside Zack and Marjolaine with the mission of coordinating and supporting the team progression.

Transport & Logistics AssistantAfter completing a degree in economics and management, he is currently enrolled in a master’s degree in International Economics taught in English at the University of Orléans.
Paul-Emile joined VignoblExport in January 2023 to develop his experience in international trade, he’s now working on the operations team to coordinate our consolidations.

Alessandro SLIM FALCO
Customer Success Manager (Italy)Graduated from the University of Pisa in International Political Science, he discovered the world of international transport in 2006.
He became a customer care specialist in container transport by sea and land in Italian maritime companies.
He joined Vignoblexport out of a passion for wines et biere in 2023 and he supports Marco in managing orders from Florence.

Cristina HIERRO RUIZ
Custom Success Manager (Spain)Cristina graduated from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia with a degree in Occupational Risk Prevention. After her studies, she decided to join the family business, Pescadería Sonia y Cristina, as a sales and administration assistant, a position she held for 10 years.
Cristina then joined the Guttmann neuro-rehabilitation institute as an administrative receptionist on the switchboard, before moving on to Privalia as a receptionist, before moving on to the human resources department as an occupational risk prevention technician.
In 2021, Cristina will join Hillebrand Gori in the Customs and Reception department, in Barcelona.

Samuel BIVARD-CASTER
Transport & Logistic AssistantFrom Martinique, Samuel discovered logistics at Amazone, a manufacturer of agricultural machinery, before moving on to the transport sector at DACHSER.
With a view to developing his skills in international trade, he took a Master’s degree in Transport Logistics and International Trade Management (MTLCI) at ISTELI in Paris.
As part of his studies, he joined the VignoblExport team in September 2023.

Business Developer (Spain / Portugal)Ester has 17 years of experience in the international transport sector.
She joined VignoblExport in May 2024. Until then, she worked as an operations and pricing specialist at Giorgio Gori and then at Hillebrand Gori.
Previously, she worked at Geodis for almost 9 years, where he served in various roles, including coordinator of internal sales and maritime export operations.
She has also worked at Agencia Fernandez de Sola and Marmedsa Group, managing customs and maritime import operations respectively.

Diana ESTELA
Transport & Logistics CoordinatorDiana has significant experience in logistics and sales administration, having worked for John Deere, Deret Logistique and Sanofi Winthrop Industrie.
Her responsibilities included managing shipments, preparing shipping documents, analyzing and tracking stocks, and managing orders. She also has experience in marketing and customer service.
Diana holds a Master 2 in International and Bicultural Management from Rennes University and a Master 1 in Business Languages and International Trade from the University of Orleans.
She joins the team in April 2024.
